Review: Eyeglass from Firmoo.com, Global Online Optical Store

Hi Everyone I’m back and I’m going to write a review about Firmoo glasses. Basically Firmoo is a Global Online Optical Store that is based in China. They offer different kind of eyeglasses like those with prescription or just plain eyeglass. They also offer affordable eyeglasses ranging from $5 to $70. You might want to check out their site www.firmoo.com

So Mr Patrick  and I had this blog collaboration, he send an eyeglass which I personally chose and in return I’m gonna write a review about it.
Last May 10, 2012 I received a package delivered in our house and to my surprise it was my glasses! Yipee! I totally forgot about it since it took so long because the first glasses got lost in the transit so it didn’t reach me, so I emailed Mr. Patrick telling him that I didn’t receive my package. He’s so very kind and offered to send another glasses for me.

The brown package includes the following:

1 Black Pouch with Firmoo logo

1 plastic case (yey! It's my favorite color!)

1 micro fiber lens cloth

1 eyeglass screwdriver with 2 emergency eye glass repair screws

1 eyeglass

Here’s the info about the glasses copied from firmoo.com

This cool plastic glasses makes you look fabulous and nerdy-cutie. It's cheap yet this never compromise the quality of the product. If you are wondering what type/model of my eyeglasses it's #DBSN5365. You can check their website for other stylish eyeglasses. Click Here

Design
I really love this retro-style eyeglass. This makes you nerdy yet fashionable. The combination of the colors, black & turquoise, highlights my eyes. I believe you can use this to compliment any dress to help you make look gorgeous.

Service
Mine got delayed because the first one I ordered was lost in transit but the management is very kind to resend it. When the package arrived, I checked it and there's no damage. I only paid Php 40.00 for the postal fee.

Comfort
The eyeglass looks big but believe me it's not tiring to wear it whole day, unlike the other eyeglasses that I wore which makes the upper part of ear feels kinda sore??

Will I recommend you to buy this eyeglass?

- Yes! Yes! and Yes! If you want to buy a good eyeglass but don't want to spend $$$$ on them, then this is a great buy for you.

Job Hunting Tips For Newly Graduates

Hello I’m back! It’s been quite a while since my last entry. Well I’ve been busy because of our graduation but now that it is done already, finding a job is what makes me busy now. Looking for job stresses me a lot but I’m not complaining, I know I have to find a job because that is what newly grad does! Right? My target is to be employed within 1 month from the date of our graduation. 16 days have passed but I’m not losing my hope, it’s too early! I just keep on sending my resume via jobstreet.com or jobsdb.com and waits for any job interview.
I know it’s hard for the newly grads to find the best job for them but with determination it’ll be easy. So here are the tips I can share to those newly grads who are now looking for a job.

  • Prepare your resume. Make sure that your resume contains the necessary information that will make you stand out from the other job hunters. Indicate the skills that might help you win the job e.g. If you are an IT graduate you can list the programming language you know as well as the software you know how to use such as Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw and many more. You might also want to include a list of your academic achievements or awards in your resume. And last but not the least make sure that all the information you put in your resume must be true or else you’ll lose your chance to get the job that you want.

  • Attend job interviews and make sure to come on time if you don’t want the interviewee to have a bad impression about you, coming ahead of time also implies that you are interested on the job. Dress properly and don’t over decorate yourself! Remember you are attending a job interview and not a red carpet premier or a party in a night club. Keep your attire simple and remember to dress 1 rank higher.

  • During job interview make sure to answer the questions in a well-modulated voice and make an eye-to-eye contact with the interviewee, it also makes you less nervous. Try to make the conversation alive by explaining your answer with the proper tone and a good diction. If you are not into this type of thing or you feel nervous whenever you are in a job interview you can try practicing in front of a mirror or ask someone in your house to act as an employer and let that person to ask you questions until you feel comfortable talking to someone. Don’t be afraid to ask question to the interviewee if there’s something that you don’t understand or want to clarify. After the interview shake hands with the interviewee to show respect.

  • Follow up your application by sending an email or calling the Human Resource Department or the one who interviewed you.

  • Don’t lose hope If you didn't pass the interview or exam and don’t get tired to send your resume to different companies. The more interviews you had the more experience you gain. Who knows you might ace the next job interview so good luck and let us do our best!

If you have job hunting tips you can share them in the comment box below. God Bless Us everyone!
